Unruly Records
The first Baltimore Club label started in the early 90s by Scottie B and Shawn Caesar. Producing house tracks that were originally a mixture of breakbeat samples mixed with the Miami Bass sound. It has evolved in the last few years to more of a breakbeat sound.
